12. Returns & Refunds – Store Policy

12.1 We offer a 14-day return window from delivery.

12.2 Items must be:

• Unused,

• In original condition,

• With original packaging and tags.

12.3 You may inspect goods as in a physical store.

12.4 We may reduce refunds to reflect diminished value caused by excessive handling.

12.5 Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless goods are faulty or incorrect.

12.6 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

13. UK Consumer Cooling-Off Rights

13.1 Under UK law, consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods.

13.2 You must notify us within 14 days and return goods within 14 days thereafter.

13.3 We will refund:
