SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

PART A — SHIPPING

1. Order Processing

  • Orders typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing times exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

  • During peak periods, processing may take longer.

Orders are not processed until payment clears.


2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide unless restrictions apply.

If we cannot ship to your location, this will be indicated at checkout.


3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs

  • Weather

  • High demand

  • Events beyond reasonable control

For UK consumers, unless agreed otherwise, delivery will occur within 30 days.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Dimensions

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.


5. Tracking

Tracking details will be provided where available.

Responsibility for monitoring delivery lies with the customer.


6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring address accuracy.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Failure to collect

We may deduct:

  • Return shipping

  • Storage charges

  • Customs charges

  • Carrier administration fees

7. Risk & Ownership

For consumers, goods become your responsibility when delivered.

For business customers, risk passes upon delivery in accordance with law.


8. Customs, Taxes & Duties

International orders may incur:

  • Import duties

  • Local VAT/sales tax

  • Customs handling charges

  • Brokerage fees

These are your responsibility.

If a shipment is refused and returned, we may deduct all costs incurred.


PART B — RETURNS & REFUNDS

9. 14-Day Store Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With packaging and tags intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting these criteria.


10. Diminished Value

You may inspect goods as in a physical store.

If goods show excessive handling, we may reduce the refund proportionately.


11. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless:

  • Item is faulty

  • Wrong item sent

  • Required by law

We strongly recommend tracked shipping.


12. Refund Process

Refunds are processed:

  • After inspection

  • To original payment method

  • Within 5–10 business days

Banks may take additional time.

Customs duties are generally non-refundable.


13. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

We may recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.


14. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Personalised goods

  • Sealed hygiene goods once opened

  • Digital content once accessed


PART C — UK STATUTORY RIGHTS

15. Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery.

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return goods.

We refund:

  • Standard delivery cost (not premium upgrade)


16. Faulty Goods

PART D — INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

Where applicable, international customers outside of the UK are responsible for:

  • Return shipping

  • Customs paperwork

  • Any duties payable on return

If we incur fees, we may deduct them from refunds where permitted.
